Joshua Johnson Wright
Born and raised in Newnan, Josh is a 6th generation Cowetan. Josh graduated from Newnan High School and later attended the University of Georgia where he received his BBA in Real Estate. While in college Josh was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity.
Josh has over ten years of real estate experience, starting his career with Josey, Young & Brady Realty as a full-time real estate professional in 2006. During his time with JYB Realty, Josh’s portfolio and business have grown with the company. Josh’s areas of noted accomplishments include marketing real estate listings resulting in sales and leases for owners and landlords in residential, land, commercial, office, and industrial real estate. In addition, Josh has represented banks in the disposal of REO properties and short sales, including managing rehab work and clean out of properties prior to listing. He is also responsible for managing a portfolio of income producing properties. Josh uses his knowledge of the real estate market to assist his clients with their needs, whether it is creating value for client-owned properties through effective marketing strategies or assisting buyers with their purchasing decisions.
An avid outdoorsman, Josh enjoys spending time afield and uses his knowledge of the area to better serve his clients. Josh is an active member of the local Ducks Unlimited Chapter and also a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. Josh currently resides in Turin where he lives in the original family farmhouse, one of Coweta's oldest homes
